3. Service Description

Pongo is an online software service for bank transaction analysis, automated categorization, and financial reporting.

4. Account and User Responsibilities

• • You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded and entered data.
• • You must keep your login credentials confidential.
• • You may not share your account with unauthorized third parties.
• • You must promptly notify KodePunk in case of unauthorized account use.

5. Plans, Payments, and Renewals

Access to paid features is provided through subscription plans or licenses, according to prices shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.. KodePunk does not store full payment card details.

Pricing terms, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow what is stated during checkout and in the commercial documentation applicable to the purchased plan.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You may use the service only for lawful purposes.

Software, code, trademarks, design, and platform content are owned by KodePunk or their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property rights to the user.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. KodePunk does not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KodePunk is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from service use.

9. Suspension and Termination

KodePunk may suspend or terminate access in case of terms violations, unlawful use, or security risks for the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the conditions of your purchased plan.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Any disputes are subject to the court with jurisdiction under applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
